Reason for choosing Telcoinabox: We chose Telcoinabox because it has no limitations. Compared to a retail operation (there are only so many juices you can sell in a day), we can grow our business to whatever size we like. We also liked the opportunity to develop our own brand, not under someone else’s banner.

Support: Support for our business has been consistent from day one, both on a technical basis and how to provision customers. All systems are well supported.

How to get customers: We’ve gotten lots of new business ideas on how to generate revenue from Telcoinabox. Most of our customers we sourced by networking contacts we already had from the hospitality industry, members of the AHA. We now have a broad base of customers across Australia.
